If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our satisfaction guarantee ensures that you receive a refund. Just follow the instructions in this section.

Our Guarantee

To help make you 100% satisfied, you can return IRONVAP purchases made within 30 days. Special rules may apply in the case of returns outside peninsula.

The detailed below. All return packages must be sent with the return label carrier or through another form of shipping that monitoring can be performed. We can not assume any responsibility for lost or sent to an incorrect address shipments.


You can return your purchase IRONVAP within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the full price. If the return is made outside this period or the item has been used, damaged or not sent in their original packaging, IRONVAP can not accept the return and will not refund the payment.

Policy changes

www.ironvap.com product does not allow changes. If you want to exchange an item, you must return your purchase by requesting a refund and place a new order. You can only receive reimbursement for a refund if this is done according to our return policy.

Damaged or defective products

To IRONVAP, quality is fundamental. Thoroughly test our products in real conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare that our products are damaged or defective.

The quality control department of our suppliers will inspect the returned products; if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications product cost will be refunded. We promise to refund the entire cost of defective products.

If the problem is because contrary to the quality of material or assembly process reasons, we will return the original product. We do not refund products:

If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustics, source of open flame, hot, sharp objects, etc.)

If they have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (eg vapear with harmful or illegal substances under introduce accessories in abrasives, etc.)

 
The life of any product IRONVAP depends on the particular use made thereof, conditions of use and wear patterns characteristic of the user. IRONVAP products damaged by normal use and wear or have exceeded the reasonable life of the product was not replaced.
